After a little research yes, it does appear that this is an M400. My mistake. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to do any searching when I first commented. Thanks for the info about the side scoops though!

I think this is an M12 GTO 3R, but I might be mistaken. I'm not to knowledgeable when it comes to Nobles (Nobledgeable?).
