Found a website with a couple more pics of this same car - http://autofug.blogspot.com/2005/07/c5-corvette-custom.html . Not sure who makes this bodykit, but I think I'd stick with a stock C5.

Actually there are only 4 exhaust tips, because they just have a like going down the center of the tip and make it look like it has 8 exhaust pipes.
